Once you have found your dream home and your excited to get your offer in one of the questions your agent will go over is which conditions well we will be adding to the agreement if any. A home inspection is one of the most common conditions buyers include when offering to purchase a home, a home inspection allows you (buyer or seller )to hire an expert to walk through the home and prepare a report outlining the home’s current condition, the life span of major components highlighting what needs attention immediately what can wait. A good inspector will also show you the basic operation of these major components and point out switches, shut off valves needed to maintain your home.

It's always a good idea to prepare ahead of the appointment with a small list of any questions or specific inquires you would like to review with the inspector These areas can include:
